Weds 30th March 2016 The Knackered Chef Pop Up Supper Club

We are extremely excited to be hosting The Knackered Chef's Pop Up Supper Club on Weds 30th March, a fantastic four course menu including a welcome drink for £25. The menu has already got our mouths watering! Tickets are limited and available in advance from the Tap Room.


       Sharing Platter
A rustic Mediterranean selection of olives, infused oils, sweet balsamic and ciabatta bread.
Starter
Tuna Carpaccio in a garlic & herb dressing with capers, fine chopped chilli and virgin olive oil and Arugula.
Main Event
Free range Shank of Lamb, Slow Braised in Bullfinch Ale, with a quenelle of puree parsnips, pan seared asparagus and Ale Jus.
To Finish
Pear poached in red wine, with vanilla mascarpone, red wine berry coulis and crumbled stilton
